I need to start eating more fruit , I have more of a bitter or sour like taste buds, I like more items with sodium in them which is a bad and good thing at the same time. The good of it is I don't have diabetes , because I don't endure a lot of sweets,but my blood pressure is getting a little on the higher level because the love of sodium. I have to watch how much sodium I take in now as well.
