I added some flaxseed to my yogurt for added fat and fiber. I’ve even heated it up before and ate it like breakfast cereal. Takes my craving away for oatmeal. Low carb is my fave!!!

Low carb is my favorite too. I just started two weeks ago. It's not every day is excellent will LC, but I continue to make the best results
