Kinda went off of the wagon yesterday. I feel exhausted, and spent most of the afternoon fighting with our teenage daughter. Just wanted to eat something. I'll try to make up for it today. It's soooo hot and humid outside...the thought of eating much of anything is just not appealing at all. Will Wii this afternoon. I'm on EMS duty all day, cleaning my house...there's exercise in there somewhere!
