Fasting Glucose: 182
Afternoon Glucose: 129
Evening Glucose: 97

Back from the reunion, only gained 1.6 pounds so not as bad as I thought it would be. Glucose went up as I expected it to, but not as high as I thought, never topped 200.

Starting a modified fat fast for the next couple of days to get things back on tract and then back to induction for a week.
