Started CrossFit, found myself being less active outside of classes and comfort food eating from the soreness of the experience - gave it a month of classes and my body is a mess and I’ve gained 10lb
210.5 lb Lost so far: 11.7 lb.    Still to go: 47.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 1.9 lb a week
