OMG!!! I'm so excited! I'm out of the 180's and now into the 170's!!!! I feel great. I lost more during this 1 week of Atkins, Induction phase without exercising than I have while running and eating a low fat diet. This is so motivating that I know I'll keep going and I keep finding foods that I'm allowed to eat during this phase that will just give me more variety and make it that much easier. I hope my husband feels just as good as me :)
