So I did 48 minutes on my Wii yesterday when I got home from work! I really liked the boxing one....I was beating up the fat!!! I seriously do feel a little better. The Wii challenge that I signed up for starts on Monday, and I think that I am ready for it!! After I leave work this morning, I'll go home and do my routine again....I'm kind of excited to do it! Still working with some food issues. I got chinese chicken n broccoli on my way to work tonight. Won't need any snack but water...filled me right up. Couldn't believe how diet consuming it was, though. Just reaffirms a future goal of less delivery, take out, and fast foods. Another tip from my sis-in-law...wean away from the diet pop, or have very little. That's another goal...in my future. I have been drinking less of it, though.
