Back when I was working, I'd stop every morning at my favorite coffee & order a banana caramel latte. So, for lunch today I made a protein shake with a frozen banana & 1 tbsp of DaVenchi sugar free Caramel syrup. Absolutely delicious. I'll definitely be having this often.
