Got up no problem this AM..since I started back doing floor stretches, leg lifts, crunches & work out band, my back & hip has hurt 99% less...I also am doinf 20 min walking on treadmill in the AM and 10 more min. in the PM..I restarted Keto lazy on Monday...TODAY I start Keto Chow shakes..I'm going to do one a day..today its Chocolate for lunch...I wish I could afford the big pk of them but I cant so I got the essential one at 19.99 we will see how much I have lost in the coming days...fingers crossed...With God all things are possible and America needs GOD now more than ever!!!
