Today is the day of my first official weigh in!! Im quite excited. My rest day yesterday consisted of a 30-min walk in parts. I didnt eat so great last night though. Had chinese take-out and it was just an hour before I went to bed (had to discuss some intense relationship stuff with the gf and it was emotional draining so I couldnt really stick to my preferred schedule). Im not proud of myself, but Im well rested and a decent amount of walking plus 40-min on the elliptical today will help me feel great when I step on that scale tonight!!
Its my mom's 61st birthday today. Im buying her a new cell phone (dont know which one yet) and a new watch from Fossil (which I've already bought). Hope she likes them both!!
