Chicken tenderloins & fresh green beans sautee'd in EVOO, garlic & red pepper flakes on a dessert plate☆When I got up to feed the dogs & make dinner I was feeling crappy. Got dinner on & lay down. Took a dramanine. Decided to reduce my portion when I ate.

Hubby ate his dinner while I rested. I felt a little better & needed to eat so I could take my antibiotic. Not sure why I felt bad....I worked outside in the gardens cutting back the hydrangeas & my huge rosemary that got damaged in the cold a few weeks ago. I also sprayed all the plants with deer repellant after we saw a couple outside getting ready to munch. One did bite the tops off of 2 Asian Lillies before I stopped her! Did that & a couple of loads of laundry. Feeling better but heading up to bed 😴

so difficult to figure out what will make you nauseated at any given time, isn't it? I have found that reducing portions helps, but don't forget to eat more often!

Thanks for all the well wishes! Feel better today, but since I was not 100%, I read & napped much of the day. Leslie, my portions are usually quite reasonable on a normal day. I reduced them even further tonight because I needed to eat something but didn't want to stress my recently settled stomach too much. Don't worry, I eat plenty 😊
