so today was unplanned, planned to watch my son run his 1.5k Balmoral Run and ended up running the 5k myself....surprised I managed so now signed up for Race for Life 5k in July 😆

One of my new years resolutions was to take up running and have been on some practice runs in the lead up to help my daughter feel more confident today. Seeing you sign up for a 5k has inspired me. Thanks wee Em!
