It's taken me 3 weeks to lose 5 lbs, and it's all come back after being sick the past two day. I can't believe 5 lbs over three weeks was all water. This is sooooooo messed up.

If you didn't over eat, no way those pounds are a "real" gain. Being sick can throw our bodies off. Give it a few days and hopefully the pounds will drop off and you will be back to normal. Just keep to your plan and you should be fine. Also, look to see if you ate more sodium than normal the last few days.
