Ok.. got a good hour of exercise in, my heart rate quickly returned to normal and I'm sweaty all of which is very gooood. After a bit of water and checking my blood sugar (87 YAY) I'm having coffee while I contemplate my day. From my living room window it looks and feels like we're in for a thunder storm or at least rain at any rate.

Last night I laughed until I was almost sick as my dog, Solace learned something new. She's learned how to spin. I have no idea how she came up with this new form of entertaining herself. There she was with her rope toy in her mouth, growling and spinning around in the middle of my floor. She made me so dizzy! I guess it's kind of a "you had to be there" kinda thing but it was very entertaining:) Yeah.. my life is pretty dull apparently ☺

Also in the last few days a moose has been spotted and night before last a year-old bear was poking around just outside our apartment complex. Think I'll wait till daylight to empty my trash from now on lol.

Also, I'll be posting a primal bbq sauce in the recipe section later. Right now I have it in my FS recipe book. It's pretty good!
