I've been doing one meal a day for quite a while and I would tell you your body adjust quite well to it at least mine did. I became less hungry and more control I get hungry when it knows that it's time for that one meal but I don't know if it's like a a pavlonian response but I really don't get hungry much throughout the day

Mamba diet that’s true I figured since I was already doing 17/8 consistently I could try it and It’s really mind boggling how much discipline I developed doing OMAD. Your right I only get hungry around my feeding window..
