Mirej's Journal, 18 August 2009

Yesterday was weird. I didn't eat too much, actually I was not even hungry at any point of the day to say that I starve... interesting.
I am wondering if that is because I was off for a week and was eating whatever I wanted, whenever I wanted and as much as I wanted?!
Maybe I had enough of it and need to get back to my food control & exercising. Today should be my first day of restarting the exercises... after what 3 weeks if not even a month! Wow... good luck myself! lol
Ok, not much other than that is happening... I feel tired today and I hope I will manage to exercise to make myself go back on the right tracks!
Happy Tuesday... lmao... that sounds silly... where is Friday?! :P

If you think not doing exercise for 3 weeks or a month is bad, you might be surprised to hear that some of us have had periods of not doing exercise for many months (years?) at a time. You are doing very well Mirej, slow motion is best. When you know you've gone too far off track, just pull yourself back gently, and put your mind back on target. No need for feelings of guilt. Keep up the good work!

Information, Thanks for the positive feedback. I should feel good after your comment but I did not exercise last night. However my food control was good and I plan on keeping it like that for now, I am still losing at a slow pace which is good. I would like to re-start with the exercise just to tone-up my body a little not necessarly to lose more weight since I am almost at my first goal of 140lbs. :)
