It’s breaking that 100 mark and getting to the 2 figures. Always seems to be the toughest and takes a little longer than the other kg’s. The temptation was real for Mugg & Bean Cheesecake - but just kept going back to the Foods Calorie Counter and looked at the numbers as bricks of fat. I could still taste that cheesecake 🤣
222.9 lb Lost so far: 6.4 lb.    Still to go: 46.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I use to feel like this, temptation every where, but after alot of struggles going from 165kg to 94kg and still going strong I stopped listening to the "you can't" crowd and stared listening to the "you can" I learned that I can "have my cake and eat it" guilt free, i don't have to supress my cravings I just need to be in control of them (and the portion) saying no to everything good killed my weight loss journey for a long time, so girl even though you have iron will, just know you don't have to stop living the good life to be healthy and enjoy your food, good luck on everything!

You should try making a homemade low carb version of whatever you're craving. That helped me alot with cravings 😋

I was utterly horrified when I saw the calories in some of their seemingly healthy options. 😱. I agree with Browngirlwithpcos, I also research healthier alternatives and make them at home to curb those cravings.
