Taco Salad (el grande)… 562cal and I don’t remember the rest :) I am still fine tuning the quantities but the calories are about right… whole tomato, two lg leaves of romaine, 50 grams grated cheddar, 1/4 pkg taco seasoning (6g),light lean ground beef (4oz), sour cream (30g), 12-15 taco chips. It is absolutely delicious, but a little high in fat and sodium. I am working on that.This is one of my comfort foods. I like to have it every two weeks or so… Everything done in strategic layers… I will share the recipe when I am done with it. Although, FS does not seem to pick up on recipes like they should? Don’t know what that is about? Bon Appetite! DV
