Hope I can continue with the challenge. Something is wrong with my hip causing a lot of pain while trying to sleep (didn't hurt while walking though). Iced it and it feels better, but I wonder if I am making it worse somehow. Hope I don't have to quit the challege). Otherwise, feeling great. LOTS of energy (especially since I didn't fall asleep last night until about 3 a.m.)!!!!
