Been a long time since I was last on here. Lots of things been going on. I honestly thought that would have gained back several of the pounds I had lost. As it is, I'm happy that I haven't gained. I haven't been sticking to my diet as I should have. Been eating lots of carbs! I know that's not what my body needs right now, but it is what it is. On a more positive note, I have started horse-back riding this week. Now I know why cowboys walk so funny! My bum is sore! But hopefully I'm trimming and toning some of my problem areas (hips and thighs). I have been letting too many outside forces dictate my response. By which I mean, letting stressors (family, work, etc.) decide how ,what, and if I eat. Which is not good for me. I need to do what is best for me and my body!
