At this moment in time I am floating between 245 and 250. Never mind that I lost fifty founds in three weeks. My mind only sees that I gain a few pound in a few days. This is fear of getting fat and that kind of fear is useless because it’s unreasonable fear. Fear is useful when there is an immanent danger such as trying to cross a busy street against a red light. Fear useful when I am standing on the edge of a cliff over looking the Grand Canyon. Fear is NOT useful to warn me that I drank too much water or my body hates giving up my fat. Eating fewer calories and exercising more helps get rid of fear and fat.
