Todays begins what has been dubbed "75 Amber". You can Google 75 Hard/Soft for the "official" rules, but these are mine.
For 75 days: -alcohol socially only, meaning out of the house date nights or company over -tracking my food -drinking enough water (.5 oz per pound of body weight + more for activity) -defined, intentional exercise within my capabilities -reading and/or writing
What I will NOT be doing: -forcing activity my body is not ready for -avoiding all sweets, junk, and fast food -giving up and starting over if I have a bad day, am sick, or need to rest -beating myself up if my challenge takes me longer than 75 calendar days
It's internet official, dammit. Game on.
