Trying more protein and less carbs, and drinking water constantly. (Going to the bathroom constantly too) Day one complete. Will see in a week if I lose any weight.

If you haven't increased your water intake before, you'll notice soon that your body will get used to it. May mean less trips to the bathroom. Good luck.

Actually, I've been drinking 94oz a day for years and I still pee a lot lol. At least once every 1-2 hrs. (Even at night lol)

Hi Amy I think it must be healthy then, to P alot, flushes out all the junk. and since its water we are gulping down it does the body good.

It doesn't wake me up at night. But Maybe I have just gotten used to going so much! That is how I adjusted! LOL

I notice when I don't get enough because I get headaches. On the weekends, I tend to drink less than 94oz because I'm out and about or sitting in church and I don't want to be lifting up my 32oz cup while sitting in my pew lol.

Be sure to have your doctor check your sodium levels after you've done this for a while. I started drinking a lot of water and got so low in sodium levels doctor made me cut back! Otherwise it's a great thing to do. I still try to get a lot of fluids. Good luck!

Ive started to flush every other trip to the bathroom to P, feel i need to save water.

Lower carb eating can cause you to flush out fluids too so the increases bathroom breaks could be partly that.

Cutting carbs and processed sugar is working well for me. Bonus--after a week or so, the cravings went bye-bye. Hope it works well for you!

we do use non chlorine tp thats made from recycled paper :-)
