Morning all. 12 week assessment today. Down 9.58 body Fat Mass. Lean mass is up 10.98 and over all fat loss is 5.9%. Scale weight was only down 3 lbs, but I will take a loss of any kind. I am on my way to a healthy, trimmer me!!!
