Again I was a good girl. I'm going to TRY to weigh only once a week, funny how the scale calls to you each morning. I am hoping that weekly weigh-in will show me more progress than weighing daily which pops up and down.

This is the long haul, and I'm going to do this at a healthy decent. I dropped the caffine out of my diet yesterday, and surprisingly I didn't feel I needed a nap! Booyahhhh!

Welp here's to another week ladies & gents, may your journey today be easier than yesterday.

The scale does call out to you every morning and everytime you are near it, LOL. I had my husband hide the scale and only bring it out once a week so I could weigh myself. I dont have the self control to only weigh myself weekly on my own. ;)

You may not have the self control where the scale comes in, but your progress shows that your self control in your commitment is strong. Great strides Sandra! I'll just have to fight that whispers from the scale daily. For a temp hide, maybe put a box over it and set a plant on it! You have yourself a energized day! ;-)
