I was pleasantly surprised this morning by a loss of another pound. I’ve been mindful of my eating for the most part, but derailed from my keto diet. Being at my mom’s kind of started it, but then like always life gets busy and I fall back to not eating enough AND only really eating snacky foods.
I think my saving grace may be that I stuck with eating more protein and adding collagen to my days.
Here is to renewed focus! Also… my friend convinced me to sign up for a half-marathon. So, here’s to training and not dying or injuring myself!
