Had a tough morning yesterday and gave in to a sugared doughnut stick.
Back to eating right!

Could have been a LOT worse...Today is a NEW day...Enjoy your commitment to REAL FOOD (The last time I gave in to "junk" I came away thinking....that was sooo NOT worth it)...but we ALL have our "tough" days....Cheering for you!!!!!!!!!!
