I was sure I broke 170lbs...after not wieghing for 3day. Turns out I gained some weight. Has to be muscle so am not worried. I feel stronger and faster!!
Going to hit the gym after work for some upper body strength training and core workout. My LEGS are completely sore from yesterdays circuit training.
I should probably watch my dinner choice more closely. I had some buffalo wings yesterday nite... so delicious!!!
