Not liking the doing, getting yourself to do it anyway - over and over. This is where the magic happens. Alas, every too often, the desserts and the margaritas have their way with me.

@SharonEsq- yes the doing it over and over it has become a important part of my week that if I do miss a few days I feel like I am crawling out of my skin. I hear you on desserts and margaritas! I just recorded some easter candy today and usually I am pretty good about avoiding but I didn't! Have to fall once in a while. LOL

@Cheesegobbler - I started November 2019 after a visit with the doctor and my blood tests were not pretty and he said I could get it all under control by diet and exercise. My gal that cuts my hair and does my nails told me to go talk to her husband who has been training with all ages and levels for over 15 years. I signed my 4th year contract with him and he works with 12 year olds to 80!

@KBSJL- nice!! What are some of your favorite’s? I enjoy deadlifts, hex bar and lat pull downs. I love how my arms and shoulders look.

I guess I'm addicted to everything at the gym. Yesterday was pull day,70lb lat pull down 15x4 seated row 70lbx15x4 rear deltoid 45x10x4 bicep curl 40lbx10x4 back extension 25lbx15x4. These are all seated machines. Yesterday's warm up was the 30 minute 360 class. My goal is one pull up in one year.

@KBSJL- great goal! My husband has that goal and mine was 100# bench press by my 60th.
