@KBSJL-Thanks! I don't know how I got thru my workout because I only got 6 hours of sleep last night and being up at 5:30 am is not my cup of tea!

@Supergainz-Thanks! I am still not back to what I was lifting the beginning of November but 2 long vacations and 2 bouts of Covid and one of Influenza, a hit nerve in my arm and falling on my rib I am just glad to be seeing the graph moving up again! It is not fun getting old!

We are super clean SE in weight selection but you go 10 lbs heavier on shoulder presses. Great job!💪💪

I too hate that kind of exercise so I finally found a YouTube video channel that teaches Tai Chi Yang style. Love it!

@Gammaltothree- Tai Chi Yang Style - I will have to check that out. I don't like anything cardio so despite the lunges I enjoy everything else! LOL
