Day 5: Had a few beers last night! Still managed to stay at 777 calories burnt (net) for the day. I suspect thats mainly due to my 40 mins on the elliptical yesterday. 20 mins on the elliptical today. Then, some planks followed by 15 mins in the sauna to soothe my muscles!

For those of you in need of some inspiration today:

FACT: My 61-yr old boss is training for a marathon!! Hes been training for months and the marathon is next month. The fact that his idea of a 'light' run is 10k and I struggle to do 5k is another reason that I've taken up this challenge.

don't sweat it too much, I've been struggling with the 5k for months now! though I can complete the distance, I can never do it all at once. But I'm working on it. You're boss is a real inspiration. Look to him for inspiration, but remember, by achieving your smaller goals that you can build up towards the bigger ones. Keep up the hard work, I'm rooting for ya!
