Went to the gym yesterday, but only did about 30 minutes of cardio. My food choices weren't stellar, they were... ok. I cheated a bit at dinner with steamed potatoes with butter and bacon bits, but I did enough cheating over the weekend with pizza, steak, croissants, beer, rice... ugh.

Diets are hard. What is your biggest temptation when it comes to the weekend?
