A bad week food wise. Lots of company. Eating out. etc.
Now to get back on track.
I am also in so much pain that it is difficult to walk so I am extremely frustrated with my lack of exercise. I did do some gardening yesterday, so I guess that counts for a little, but I suffer afterwards. Oh well, the garden looks better. LOL.
