Isn't it amazing how fast the weight can come on but how slowly it goes down? Keep on climbing as it was a minor slip on some loose gravel. At least you're finding out what your limits are for getting your weight to drop. Keep up the good work!

I hear you BB. That little 1 day gain of 3 has taken me 8 days to lose. Just doesn't make sense. You'd think they had adhered themselves with super glue! Life is just not fair...think I have heard that somewhere before:) Bet we won't make that mistake again, eh? Well, as long as I don't have a senior moment and forget everything! LOL.

CatHerder - Amazing indeed! It makes me angry that I have to keep re-learning my limits, but that is OK because I come back fighting even harder.

Gwen - Someone once told me that life isn't fair, but the sooner we learn that the better off we will be to deal with it. So now I'm ready to deal.

Buffy, I was once told this by my baseball coach after being left off an all-star team. "If you expect life to be fair, just because you are; you're a fool. That's like expecting a lion not to eat you, because you did not eat him." Just wished I would have absorbed that wisdom of the metaphor at the time he told me.

Jonathan - Love that metaphor! BTW - Lots of things I wish I'd absorbed with I was younger. But no time like the present :)

Too bad it doesn't come off as fast as one can gain it. Keep on truckin' Buffy. You have a plan that works for you. You made part of your life before but somehow life sidetracked you and you quit logging foods and fell back into old habits. Now you are back so you can do this again.

Wholefoodnut - And the sad thing about when I quit was that I was less than 20 pounds to my goal.
