Feeling more confident about my weight loss journey this time. Granted, its not easy for me but I am desperately trying hard. People who never have had a problem with weight will not know what it is like. I will show others and myself that I can do this.

This is hard for most of us. Who wouldn’t want to sit around all day and eat fabulous things. Most of us understand that we can’t do that and develop a plan for dealing with that reality. You can do it — you are on the right road. Just keep forging ahead.

Yes it is hard. Yes if you want to, you can always find an excuse to quit. But, being the best version of yourself is the best excuse to continue to make your health a priority.
