I've gotten away from tracking calories. I pretty much know how many calories are in most foods. I know how much I should eat. But that is not why I stop tracking. I stop tracking because I take in more calories than I should and say "screw it". After a month or so goes by, I realize I do need to track my calories and be accountable. That is the only way I have made this work previously; by being diligent. Here we go again.
