Been sick for the past 36hours and hadn’t eating for nearly 24hrs. Although I lost weight, not sure how much of it was fat but I’ll assume I lost a little bit of muscle
237.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
