sweetiepie2023, The orange on the bread is trout. In German they sell it in a glass jar as “trout schnitzel”. It tastes like salted fish and very tasty with avocado together😋🐠

I myself just recently found this in a store in the fish department. One German grandmother bought and said that it was delicious with bread. Now I see it in all our German stores 😅
