I need some help on good protein snacks.

I get Planter's Nut-trition Heart Healthy mix. 1 ounce gives you 6 grams of protein and is a great source of healthy fats. Other ideas would be fish, like herring or tuna. Also another great source of Omega-3 fatty acids.

Cottage cheese or Greek yogurt. Almonds. Tofu (I eat it cold with tamari and nutritional yeast) also Hard boiled eggs are good little protein snacks.
