BS 145 I'M UP 5 LBS AND THAT'S IT! I NEED TO GET BACK ON TRACK. That's what happens with no exercise for 4 days.
187.0 lb Lost so far: 18.0 lb.    Still to go: 27.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
