well, I'm up 1.2 lbs from yesterday. not surprised tho...been bouncing between 223 and 228 for almost a year now. Add more exercise - no change. Get leaner on the food intake - no change. Eat more veggies - no change.
Ugh! I hate to whine, but this gets old.
226.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 51.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
