Have been off sick with depression since mid November. Comfort eating my way through my misery. Now I’m feeling better I need to deal with
The aftermath- now heavier than I’ve ever been. I need to try not to beat myself up and just take it one day at a time, like I need to with my
Mental health too.
239.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 51.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
