I broke down and bought the PB2 on Amazon. What do you all do with it? Should I just add it to my protein shakes?

You can mix it with water and have lower fat and lower calorie peanut butter - or add to protein shakes. I just use real almond butter with no additives.

Is that the powdered peanut butter?

I am not even going to touch that kind of stuff until I get in OWL. No peanut butter, no protein shakes, the only type of carbs I eat are either from fresh lettuce/cabbage and fresh berries, a few from low-carb flour baked stuff and very rarely, like today, some extra cooked veggies. I'll have plenty of time to eat those things once I get to my desired weight. Otherwise, all I'll do will be to set me back and then I would have suffered through months of dieting for nothing.

I have used it in my banana oatmeal, spread it on bananas and apples.

I throw a little protien powder in my berries-oatmeal breakfest dish. I keep a jar mixed up with cinnamon, chai seeds, flax seeds, spirulina powder. Tastes pretty good.
