I literally dreamed last night about eating creamy cinnamon rolls lol this is crazy!

Redporchlady lol awesome pun. I thought it was so crazy that I never dreamed about food out of all of these years but as soon as I started this diet, I had to dream about cinnamon rolls lol

Our guts can be like a second brain. Perhaps you’re jonesin’ for that flavor. But, you can make a transition to more healthful choices. Get yourself some Ceylon cinnamon. You can safely consume more of it than cassia cinnamon or Saigon cinnamon. Begin to mix ceylon cinnamon into some of what you eat. I like to add it to sweet potatoes, yogurt, and smoothies. Some folks put it on toast. Add small amounts (a tablespoon or so) of an animal-based sweetener such as honey to some of those things if you want a sweet note to pair with it.

No problem, Swayneman, enjoy the flavor of cinnamon, even with a bit of honey or occasional sweetness. It’s nothing you have to give up when eating more healthfully.

I had a dream that all but 4 of my bottom teeth fell out! It's probably from me eating 20+ brownies this week. My brain is telling me to stop. lol
