Good for you!! I'm at about 2 weeks soda free too. It's amazing how much I don't miss it, but thought I would. Why didn't I do this years ago?

I haven't had soda for 8 weeks. I feel wonderful, and I'm never drinking that poison again. For me, it's an addiction. Once I start, I just keep drinking more and more. Good for you for kicking the habit! The longer you're off it, the better you will feel. I'm not missing the processed sugars, bread, or pasta much either. My energy level has gone way up. Bet yours is heading there, too!

Soda was tough for me to kick as well. You'll never regret quitting :)

Personally, I don't think there's a problem drinking soda (sugar-free, and caffeine free) once in a while, but when it becomes a habit, ... yeeeeeah, no thanks. xD Either way, when you've drank it for ages, damn-near religiously, then suddenly quit, it's soooooo difficult! Well done for canning it for 2 weeks. Good luck.
