Good Morning Ladies and Gents! Yesterday was not to shabby :-) I did drop 8 oz (big smile). Stayed fairly true to my diet (small flub), probably could have dropped a whole pound if not for the lil' fun size snickers. But even still, a small flub is better than a major binge! I have this mentality, that if I don't think I'm depriving myself of some of the "illegal" foods, then my chances of binging are greatly reduced. Sooooo small (key word small) little indulgences, I allow myself, at least this worked in the years past for me. We'll see how it goes this time around, older, and hopefully wiser.
