Toast, streaky bacon, fried eggs, spinach and herbs. I’ve just absolutely smashed this after being at the gym all morning. Turning into a bit of an egg monster lately.. 🍳

you do the gym in the morning? and then you go to work??

Hey Dagher! I always try to do the gym in the morning, but if I don’t, I’ll go after work as I usually finish around 5pm (the busiest time to go, which is always a pain!) I was off yesterday though, so spent around 3 hours there! I don’t go every day though 😊

Usually, I go to gym at 6:00 pm after work but I want to change this time “ 6:00 am” but I afraid that I will be exhausted at work 😂
