Was wondering why the backs of my thighs were tight this afternoon. This morning on the last two laps of the house w/ Love, I decided to run up the hill. Love enjoyed the change of pace. Then we had an hour of obedience training. Just took her out for another four laps, randomly running. Did remember to stretch before I did.
My new sneakers came in today - Reebok ATV19 Sonic Rush Running Shoe -- they are pretty bright -- neon yellow/purple Vibe/violet, with interesting looking treads. Seem to have more support than my former sneakers - Saucony, which I'd had for nearly a year and used for everything sneaker related. :) Looking forward to breaking the new ones in lapping the house and walking along the road.
