Therapy today.... Several exercises then traction.
I gave all the perennials popping up a squirt of deer repellant this afternoon. I am perplexed. I had a small spray bottle I put the repellant in to apply it. I used it a week ago & could have sworn I put it on a shelf on the front porch of the garden shed. It is no where to be found. I looked all over the yard, inside the shed & garage. Either it blew away in the winds the other night or a critter has dragged it off 🤔
We had a zoom call tonight with our Canadian family, after dinner. I think we've nailed down a plan for a visit up north in July.
I'm planning to go to the Gym tomorrow.
