So my period is finished. I've made "rules" that I follow by. One I don't count on weekends and when I'm on my period. It worked before, so I will try again. I put a pedometer on my phone. That will get my calorie burning in prespective. I'm so afraid to wiegh myself. I put 330lbs but I didn't even weigh myself. I am actually terrified. Friday I will do it.

It might work, if you are careful on the weekends not to undo all your efforts during the week. It doesn't work for me. I have to track and be careful on the weekends too. Sucks! Good luck!
